ORDERS
Any purchase made on the website is restricted to personal or gift use only. Purchases on the website are not allowed to be used for any re-sale purpose or commercial benefit purpose. Xeffo reserves the right to restrict high quantity sales of the same product to one shopper or one shipping address, and to restrict a repeat purchase of the same product to one shopper or one shipping address.
All visitors’ orders go through an acceptance procedure and are subject to the availability of the products. All prices, discounts and special offers displayed on the website are only valid during the time specified on the website. The prices displayed the moment the orders are placed will be applied at checkout. Delivery charges and other duties may apply based on the region in Pakistan the visitors wish to receive the products in.
Once an order is placed on the website, the visitors will receive a confirmation e-mail for that specific order, whether the payment is made online or through cash on delivery. We reserve the right to refuse any purchase at any time at our sole discretion without disclosing the reason to the visitors or third parties.

EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICIES
Customers can return items purchased online (exceptions apply). We do not accept exchange.
Items return is applicable only if the items have the original label attached.
Return period is within 7 days from purchase date for non-sale products, and 3 days for sale products.
Return rules vary depending on the product type:
- Women Panties and Girl Panties cannot be returned or refunded.
- All Women and Girls tights products cannot be returned or refunded.
- Bra Accessories cannot be returned or refunded.
- Socks cannot be returned or refunded.
- Shapewear products can be retuned only if they are still sealed in the original package.
Swimwear bottoms can be returned only if the protective hygiene sticker is still on the product and if the original label is still attached.
AGREEMENT
